Mirela Bruza-Augatis, PhD, PA-C has a background in physician assistant education, primary care, and global health initiatives. She obtained her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Pace University – Lenox Hill Hospital in New York, and recently completed her PhD in Education Leadership, Management, and Policy from Seton Hall University (New Jersey). She is a research scientist at the National Commission on Certifications of PAs and an adjunct professor at Seton Hall University's PA Program.
Additionally, she is a practicing PA at Hunterdon Family Medicine–Your Doctors Care in New Jersey, and a board member for PAs for Global Health.
