Roger Russell, Jr., MLS, Associate Professor, Associate Director of the Laupus Health Sciences Library, East Carolina University. Roger is a native of Eastern NC and grew up in a rural farming community. He has been a faculty librarian at Laupus Library since 2001. In his current role, he manages day to day operations of Laupus Library and leads special projects like this one. His role on this grant is Principal Investigator, serving as the main point of contact and reporting for all operations on the grant.
