Mallory Johnson, MPA is Senior Data Analyst with the American Medical Association's Center for Health Equity (CHE). In this role, she collaborates with AMA leaders to develop its research strategy for physician data. Prior to joining the AMA, Ms. Johnson served as the Administrative Director for the Center for a Diverse Healthcare Workforce at the University of California Davis School of Medicine, where her work supported research and action to diversify health professions education. Ms. Johnson is also a PhD candidate in medical geography at the University of California Davis, where her dissertation focuses on certified nursing assistants employed in nursing homes.
